Web Designer

We’re seeking a Web Developer to help maintain our cloud platforms and websites to help with further developments and implement functional programs as needed. Your duties will revolve around writing code to help maintain our cloud management system, and websites along with modifying software, fixing errors, improving its performance and upgrading interfaces.

Location: Nottingham, NG2.

Salary: From £26,800 per year.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Node.js, React, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their website requirements and objectives.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using tools such as Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Axure, etc.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Optimise websites for speed and performance.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design.

Human Resources Officer

We’re seeking a Human Resources Officer to assist with HR duties to support all our various departments within the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work with a number of software systems, and payroll systems. 

Location: Nottingham, NG2. 

Salary: £23,600 per year.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing payroll for employees
  • Provide HR related and admin support and work closely with management
  • Utilise software to monitor, track and record holidays and sick days/absences. 
  • Be the go-to person for all human resources related queries. 
  • Support and assist with learning and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and take accountability for HR compliance. 

IT Support Technician

We’re seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with our IT systems and software. You will work alongside other members of our IT team to troubleshoot and fix problems, including those to enhance the user experience of our various systems and to enhance customer experience. 

Location: Nottingham, NG2. 

Salary: £23,800 per year.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support tickets and resolve all issues in a timely manner. 
  • Install, configure, & maintain computer systems and software. 
  • Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. 
  • Support both Windows and Mac OS environments. 
  • Assist with LAN and TCP/IP network troubleshooting. 
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. 
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticketing system. 
  • Provide end-user training on all IT systems and applications. 

IT Technician

We’re seeking an IT Technician to assist with our IT systems and software. You will work alongside other members of our IT team to troubleshoot and fix problems, including those to enhance the user experience of our various systems and to enhance customer experience. 

Location: Nottingham, NG2. 

Salary: £24,700 per year.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. 
  • Set up and manage user accounts and permissions. 
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner, and resolve issues efficiently. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement IT solutions. 
  • Perform system upgrades and patches as needed. 
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licences. 
  • Document technical procedures and create user guides.
